Virtual Individual Meetings

Sometimes you don’t need a full program or guided sessions, but you still have questions or need advice on a certain issue - these meetings are for situations just like that. A zoom call where I answer your questions, help with physical concerns and provide you with specific information and resources. Some circumstances in which folks have utilised these meetings include: gender affriming surgery preparation advice, personalised movements for specific pain issues, input on exercise programming and more.

Sliding Scale: $10-$50 a call


Online Personalised movement Programs

A self directed movement program based on your body, your needs and what you want. I use a combination of movement, injury and pain history along with postural references to create a movement routine designed specifically for you. These programs include weekly email check ins and support to make sure you are getting what you need from this service. Reasons that people have gotten a program include: gender affriming surgery preparation or recovery, chronic or situational pain issues, sports/event specific training and more.

Sliding Scale: $100-$150 a month



virtual One on ONe movement sessions

Once a week guided sessions personalised to your body, needs and goals. I take you through a movement routine via a video call. This service includes email recaps of each session along with recommendations of things to work on until the next session. Reasons folks choose this service include: they have issues with consistency and want more accountability, they want confirmation that they’re preforming movements correctly, they prefer the immediate feedback provided and more.

Sliding Scale: $150-$200 a month
